Our story

Discover Tuscany beyond the maps

Tuscany has more than 270 municipalities. Tourists know maybe 12 of them.  Tuscany is the epitome of Italianism. It's one of the sought-after places on earth: the dialect, the history, the food, the culture, the architecture. It's also on the sea!  We created Unmapped Tuscany for the discerning traveler who has seen the world but is still looking for its heart. We don't just show you Tuscany; we introduce you to it. Hidden villages, local craftspeople, and authentic experiences at a pace that lets you breathe.

How it started

From frustration to discovery Unmapped Tuscany was born

We grew tired of the standard Tuscany tour. Crowded hilltops, rushed itineraries, and the same wine bars everyone visits. So we built something different: a way to experience the real Tuscany, the one locals know and love. Today, we craft journeys for travelers who want depth, not distance.

Hidden gems first

We skip the crowds and seek out lesser-known hamlets, vineyards, and landscapes that reveal Tuscany's true character.
